kayaSpandan: is the very first level of Tantra. This level prepares the skin to understand the concept of touch healing. It makes the skin introduce the different energy points of the body. Energy points convey the information to the Mind without corrupting it. When the points are introduced, the whole body shows light most shivering and uncomfort against that alien touch.

The Practitioner starts to establish the connection using quintessential energy and acquaintance own energy with the subject's (taker) energy. The term for shivering of the body is called kayaSpandan:.

This process opens many energy points and the practitioner accelerates the selective points which are pure to mind while letting sleep other points back to their original state. These selective points stay awakened till the 27 days or one month of the Hindi Calendar (Panchang). though these selective points, on the next level, the Practitioner conveys their energy information to the subject's mind.

Note: Since cell phones are strictly forbidden, please turn them in at the front desk. If the session isn't taking place at our center, turn off your phone and store it in a box or cabinet. The practitioner will end the session if your phone rings.
